Policies

Once you have paid your deposit, your date and theme are secured. You only have ONE chance to decide on your theme once your order has been placed. Any further changes will incur an additional cost, and this may only be possible if there are more than 14 days remaining before your event.

All deposits are to be paid within 48 hours of confirmation. Deposits are fully refundable up to 3 weeks before your event. After this, sadly, you will lose your deposit.

Failure to pay the deposit results in your event date not being secured. The final payment will then be due 1 week before the event. If the final payment is not received, your items will not be delivered/available for collection.

Set-ups or displays £200+: a £100 deposit is required

Set-ups or displays under £200: a 50% deposit is required

I do not have a fully set price list. However, I do have a rough price guide (see my balloon menu).

I will always ask you about your budget and work with that to create something special and unique for your occasion.

The images you see on retail sites selling balloon arch packs are not realistic. The balloons provided are of poor quality, and there will not be enough balloons, so please do not compare the price of these to a full setup price.

No returns. Once the product is in your care, you are responsible for it. You will be advised on different conditions and how to keep the product.
